Morrisons expands parcel lockers to 500 stores

Morrisons is rolling out self-service parcel lockers to 500 stores across the UK in partnership with Quadient subsidiary Parcel Pending. The lockers, already deployed at 230 Morrisons Daily stores in Spring 2025, began installation at 125 supermarkets in June 2026 and will expand to the full network over the coming months. The lockers support parcel collection and return from multiple delivery companies, as well as click-and-collect, prescription collection, key exchange, and spare parts retrieval. Quadient aims to increase its global locker units from 27,000 to 40,000 by 2030.
