The launch expands Elevex's presence in the equipment finance market, potentially increasing competition for traditional floor plan lenders. The partnership with Vero may enhance operational efficiency and scalability, but the event is unlikely to have broad market impact given the niche focus.
Elevex Capital, a specialty commercial equipment finance company, announced the launch of its floor plan finance platform on July 15, 2026. The platform is a multi-vertical wholesale inventory finance business serving equipment dealers, distributors, and resellers across the United States. It is powered by Vero Finance Technologies' Lending-as-a-Service platform and VeroOS. Elevex provides revolving, asset-secured lines for inventory across construction, agriculture, material handling, trucks, marine, powersports, and rental and fleet. The company targets underserved small and mid-sized dealers, offering committed, brand-agnostic financing. Elevex is backed by a $1 billion forward flow agreement with TPG and credit facilities with Wells Fargo and Woodforest Bank.
