Marex Group Limited (Nasdaq: MRX), a diversified global financial services platform, announced on July 9, 2026, that it has agreed to acquire Bright Point International (BPI), a Singapore-based multi-asset clearing business focused on Asia Pacific and China-linked clients. The acquisition will add approximately $800 million in client balances and over 70 employees across Singapore, China — Hong Kong, China, Norway, and the United Kingdom. The deal is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close by late 2026 or early 2027.
