The partnership strengthens both companies' positions in the regulated AI market, potentially driving revenue growth. Rackspace's stock may benefit from expanded service offerings, while Palantir gains a preferred operator for its platforms.
Rackspace Technology and Palantir announced an operating model framework to help regulated and sovereign enterprises deploy AI in production. The framework combines Palantir Foundry and AIP with Rackspace's governed private cloud, sovereign cloud, on-prem infrastructure, certified forward-deployed engineers, and managed operations. It targets healthcare, financial services, energy, and mid-market customers. Rackspace has scaled to approximately 400 Palantir certifications and closed its first joint deployment with a U.S.-based solar tracking manufacturer, achieving a 94% reduction in quote cycle time. Rackspace also committed to deploy Foundry and AIP across more than 70% of its own back-office operations.
