Aastha Spintex, a India — Gujarat-based integrated cotton yarn manufacturer, has acquired Falcon Yarns Private Limited to expand its manufacturing capacity. The acquisition increases Aastha Spintex's spinning capacity from 7,700 MT to 17,457 MT and spindle capacity from 25,920 to 61,824. Falcon Yarns Private Limited operates a modern spinning facility in India — Gujarat with 35,904 spindles and annual production capacity of 9,757 MT. The deal is funded partly from Aastha Spintex's recent Rs 170 crore IPO, which listed on the NSE and BSE on July 6, 2026. The acquisition aims to meet rising customer demand, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen Aastha Spintex's position in the cotton yarn industry. Falcon Yarns Private Limited reported revenue of Rs 249.44 crore and net profit of Rs 1.37 crore for FY2025. Aastha Spintex's revenue grew from Rs 240 crore in FY2023 to Rs 352 crore in FY2025, with operating profit margin improving from 5.87% to 14.16%.
