Bank of America Corporation and Bank of America, N.A. announced the redemption of several series of senior notes in July 2026. On July 9, 2026, Bank of America, N.A. announced it will redeem on July 17, 2026 all $2 billion of its 5.526% Senior Bank Notes due August 2026 and all $600 million of its Floating Rate Senior Bank Notes due August 2026. On July 14, 2026, Bank of America Corporation announced it will redeem on July 22, 2026 all $400 million of its Floating Rate Senior Notes due July 2027 and all $5.75 billion of its 1.734% Fixed/Floating Rate Senior Notes due July 2027. The redemptions are at par plus accrued interest. Payment will be made through the Depository Trust Company.
