The transfer to the Capital Market tier provides Yimutian with additional time to meet Nasdaq's continued listing requirements, reducing immediate delisting risk. However, the stock may face continued pressure until compliance is demonstrated.
Yimutian, a Chinese agricultural digital service company, announced on July 10, 2026 that it received a formal decision from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel on July 8, 2026 granting its request to transfer its listing from The Nasdaq Global Market tier to The Nasdaq Capital Market tier. The transfer is subject to an exception requiring Yimutian to evidence compliance with the US$1.00 bid price and US$2.5 million stockholders' equity requirements by September 29, 2026 and September 30, 2026, respectively. The company intends to take all necessary steps to satisfy the conditions and maintain its Nasdaq listing.
