Antin Infrastructure Partners (MSIP), through Morgan Stanley — Morgan Stanley Investment Management, has entered into exclusivity and committed to acquire a majority stake in Nicollin Environnement, a family-owned French environmental services company. The Nicollin family will retain a minority stake and continue to support the company's growth. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and employee consultations.
