HORNBACH Holding AG & Co. KGaA announced a share buy-back programme on 7 July 2026, resolved by the management board of HORNBACH Management AG, the general partner. The programme authorizes the acquisition of up to 65,000 own shares (approx. 0.41% of share capital) with a maximum total purchase price of EUR 6,500,000. The buy-back is intended to meet obligations under an employee share programme at the end of 2026. Shares are being acquired through Commerzbank on the XETRA trading system of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. As of 24 July 2026, 21,469 shares had been repurchased. The programme runs until 28 February 2027.
