Garware Fulflex acquires Texas facility

Garware Fulflex, an Indian healthcare manufacturing company, completed the acquisition of a 300,000-square-foot fully automated medical products manufacturing facility in United States — Jacksonville, Texas. The facility employs over 250 people and produces critical medical products using advanced injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, extrusion, assembly, and quality systems. The acquisition is expected to double Garware Fulflex's global revenue from approximately $100 million to $200 million, significantly expanding its scale and manufacturing footprint in North America. Chairperson Diya Garware Ibanez called the acquisition a defining milestone in building a globally respected healthcare manufacturing company. The company now operates 14 locations worldwide, including four in the US, one in the Dominican Republic, two in India, and seven sales offices and distribution centers, serving customers in over 85 countries.
