Separately, Okada rider Onyechere Daniel Chinadu was arrested at Kuwait — Kuwait International Airport after excreting 100 wraps of methamphetamine. At Nigeria — Port of Apapa, NDLEA seized 4,143.5 kg of Canadian Loud cannabis valued at over N10.3 billion. The agency also foiled an attempt to export 2.5 kg of skunk to Cyprus. NDLEA Chairman Mohammed Buba Marwa commended the officers and urged continued efforts.
