The deal strengthens TCS's position as a strategic partner for large-scale digital transformation, potentially boosting its revenue and market credibility. For ABB, the partnership enhances network reliability and security, supporting its operational efficiency and digital evolution.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and ABB have expanded their 20-year partnership with a multi-million, multi-year deal to transform ABB's global network operations. Under the agreement, TCS will move from managing infrastructure and applications to delivering end-to-end global network operations through an integrated network-as-a-service model, with AI-driven automation at its core. The engagement is part of ABB's Future Network Model programme, an enterprise-wide initiative to standardise and centrally manage its digital infrastructure across about 110,000 employees worldwide. TCS will design, integrate, and run ABB's global network ecosystem, orchestrate multi-vendor environments, and provide end-to-end monitoring and orchestration. The deal builds on previous collaborations including ERP consolidation onto SAP and cloud transformation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
