Dungavel male detainees peering into women's rooms

Female detainees reported feeling unsafe, with 43% saying they felt unsafe in outside areas. The report also criticized the United Kingdom — Home Office for transferring women, including pregnant and unwell detainees, with little regard for their health, and for handcuffing a pregnant woman.
