Alpine Texworld, a textile manufacturer formerly known as Alpine Spinweave, launched its initial public offering on July 14, 2026, aiming to raise ₹126.25 crore through a fresh issue of 1.2 crore equity shares priced at ₹100-105 per share. The IPO closes on July 16, with allotment expected on July 17 and listing on the BSE and NSE on July 21. Proceeds will be used to set up a new weaving unit at Manufacturing Unit 3 in India — Ahmedabad, India — Gujarat, to expand grey fabric production capacity, repay ₹52.20 crore in borrowings, and for general corporate purposes. The company operates two manufacturing facilities with an annual capacity of 6,000 metric tonnes of cotton and blended yarn, and has expanded into renewable energy with a 5.4 MW solar plant in India — Banaskantha district and an 820 kW rooftop solar system. The IPO is priced at a P/E ratio of 12.22-12.84 times, significantly lower than the industry average of 60.69 times. The issue is reserved 70% for retail investors, 29% for non-institutional investors, and 1% for qualified institutional buyers. D&A Financial Services is the lead manager, and KFin Technologies is the registrar. Grey market premium indicates a modest 2% premium over the upper price band.
