ProMIS Neurosciences presented first human evidence of dose-dependent amyloid-beta oligomer reduction by its Alzheimer's drug candidate PMN310 at the 2026 Alzheimer s Association International Conference (AAIC). Data from the Phase 1a trial in healthy volunteers showed PMN310 reduced detectable oligomers in cerebrospinal fluid at 3 and 29 days post-dose, with favorable pharmacokinetics and tolerability.
