ProMIS PMN310 Phase 1a data at AAIC

ProMIS Neurosciences presented first human evidence of dose-dependent amyloid-beta oligomer reduction by its Alzheimer's drug candidate PMN310 at the 2026 Alzheimer s Association International Conference (AAIC). Data from the Phase 1a trial in healthy volunteers showed PMN310 reduced detectable oligomers in cerebrospinal fluid at 3 and 29 days post-dose, with favorable pharmacokinetics and tolerability. The company also announced plans to share six-month blinded interim data from the ongoing PRECISE-AD Phase 1b trial in the coming weeks, with top-line unblinded results expected in early Q1 2027. PMN310 has Fast Track Designation from the United States — Food and Drug Administration.
