EthSystems, an engineering and research company building privacy and compliance technology for institutional Ethereum, announced its public launch on July 14, 2026. The company received anchor funding from Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BMNR), Sharplink Gaming, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBET), Joseph Lubin, and other ecosystem supporters. EthSystems was founded by the team behind the Ethereum's Institutional Privacy Task Force, including Mo Jalil, Oskar Thoren, and Aaryamann Challani. The company aims to enable banks, asset managers, and regulated institutions to execute financial transactions on Ethereum at scale while preserving privacy. EthSystems joins Ethlabs and Ethereum Institutional as organizations spun out of the Ethereum.
