Pennsylvania measles dashboard launch

The United States — Pennsylvania Department of Health launched an online dashboard to track measles cases across the state, providing county-level data on case counts, hospitalizations, and vaccination status. The dashboard is updated three times weekly. As of mid-July 2026, Pennsylvania reported 109-111 measles cases, with Lancaster County accounting for the majority (67-68 cases). The department has administered over 600 MMR vaccine doses in Lancaster County since late April, more than triple the 2025 total, and over 1,500 doses statewide. In late June, guidance was issued allowing vaccination of infants as young as 6 months. Health Secretary Debra Bogen emphasized transparency and containment efforts. State representatives Ismail Smith-Wade-El and Nikki Rivera urged vaccination. A potential exposure at United States — Philadelphia International Airport on July 4 was reported by Health Commissioner Palak Raval-Nelson, who said there is no general threat.
