Danaher Corporation — Leica Biosystems, an operating company of Danaher Corporation, announced a definitive agreement to acquire privately held StatLab Medical Products from Linden Capital Partners and Audax Private Equity. StatLab is a developer and manufacturer of anatomical pathology products with over 50 years of history. The acquisition aims to combine StatLab's portfolio with Leica's global leadership in pathology and AI-enabled diagnostics to improve cancer diagnostics. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
