AV-Comparatives Business Security Test 2026

AV-Comparatives, an independent Austria-based testing institute, published its Business Security Test results for March to June 2026, evaluating 16 leading endpoint security products under real-world conditions. The test assessed protection against live malware, false alarms, and system performance impact. Kaspersky, Bitdefender, and Elastic achieved the highest protection rate of 99.8% in real-world tests, while Elastic scored a perfect 100% detection rate in the malware protection test. Fifteen of the sixteen products received the AV-Comparatives Approved Business Product Award for July 2026. The report also discussed the practicality of Zero Trust features on standard business machines.
