The expansion into Canada opens a new revenue stream for KEO Capital, potentially increasing its market share in the supply chain finance sector. The CAD 50 million loan facility provides funding capacity, but the immediate financial impact is modest given the early stage of operations.
KEO Capital AB, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, announced the launch of its Workeo platform in Canada, marking its entry into the Canadian market. The expansion follows the signing of a revolving senior loan facility of up to CAD 50 million with a leading Canadian bank. Workeo provides B2B supply chain financing solutions, enabling buyers to access revolving credit facilities and suppliers to accelerate receivables. The platform uses blockchain technology for secure transactions. Services are available in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Atlantic provinces, but not in Quebec or Saskatchewan. The launch builds on KEO Capital's existing operations in Latin America since 2020.
