On 19 August 2026, NNS purchased 320,708 shares at an average price of EUR 4.0674 per share, increasing its stake to 57.32% of OCI's issued share capital. Together with Nassef Sawiris, who is also considered a bidder under Dutch bidding rules, the combined holding is 57.50%. Earlier, on 15 July 2026, NNS had acquired 628,024 shares at an average price of EUR 4.08, bringing its stake to 55.24% at that time. These transactions are part of NNS's ongoing accumulation of OCI shares, making it the largest shareholder.
