Punjab National Bank (PNB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the India — Digital India BHASHINI Division Division (DIBD) to integrate BHASHINI's multilingual AI capabilities into PNB's digital platforms. The partnership aims to enable customers to access banking services via voice and text in multiple Indian languages, bridging language barriers and promoting inclusive digital banking. The MoU was formalized in the presence of PNB Executive Director M. Paramasivam, DIBD CEO Amitabh Nag, and PNB Chief General Manager Atish Kumar Rout.
