The launch strengthens Dotdigital's competitive position in the marketing automation space, potentially increasing its market share and revenue. The research highlights a significant opportunity for brands to improve customer retention, which could drive demand for Dotdigital's solutions.
Dotdigital, a customer experience and data platform, released its Customer Trends Index 2026/27 report based on a survey of 4,000 consumers across the UK, USA, Australia, and Singapore, conducted with Censuswide. The report reveals that 53% of consumers consider loyalty programs important for future brand relationships, but only 15% find marketing messages very relevant. Concurrently, Dotdigital launched Dotdigital Loyalty, a native loyalty solution integrated with its platform, enabling marketers to build and manage loyalty programs with AI-powered personalization. The launch follows Dotdigital's acquisitions of Alia and Social Snowball, completing its customer lifecycle proposition. Early adoption by Pacific Packaging Australia, led by Sabi Brar, shows positive results.
