Neo Group, an Indian wealth and asset management firm, has signed definitive agreements to raise approximately INR 350 crore (about $36.3 million) in a funding round led by Peak XV Partners, its earliest institutional backer. The investment follows a recent INR 550 crore infusion from TVS Group, bringing total capital raised from the two investors to around INR 900 crore. Neo Group plans to use the proceeds to invest in technology, hire talent, and develop new product capabilities as it expands its footprint across India. The company manages approximately INR 1.3 lakh crore in total client assets and INR 50,000 crore of annualised recurring revenue assets, operating across 30+ cities with over 850 professionals. Peak XV's managing director Sakshi Chopra expressed confidence in Neo's advisory-led approach and growth potential in India's evolving wealth management market.
