Brunner, a leading independent integrated marketing agency, announced its acquisition of AdSkate, an AI-powered creative analytics and marketing intelligence platform. The acquisition brings together two Pittsburgh-based companies, combining Brunner's four decades of marketing leadership with AdSkate's AI innovation. AdSkate's technology analyzes advertising performance across images, video, messaging, and audience segments to identify creative elements that drive engagement and return on ad spend. As part of the deal, AdSkate co-founders Ramanan Ramakrishnan and Shreyas Venugopalan, along with creative technology specialist Max Rosen, will join Brunner in leadership roles. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition aims to enhance Brunner's marketing intelligence solutions with AI-powered creative testing, predictive performance modeling, and campaign optimization capabilities.
