Hexaware Technologies (NSE: HEXT) announced a partnership with Factory to bring agent-native software development to enterprise clients across professional services, banking and financial services, and other sectors. The partnership integrates Factory's Droid platform into Hexaware's global delivery ecosystem, enabling engineering teams to build, test, modernize, and manage software within existing workflows. Initial engagements focus on legacy modernization, technical debt reduction, and application modernization in regulated environments. Hexaware will train its delivery teams to deploy and manage Factory Droids, with joint squads supporting early deployments. Factory, founded in 2023 by Matan Grinberg and Eno Reyes, is backed by investors including Sequoia Capital, Blackstone, JP Morgan, NEA, Khosla Ventures, and Insight Partners.
