MoonPay acquires Glide

MoonPay, a global crypto financial technology company, has acquired Glide, a crypto deposit technology startup founded in 2023 by Tushar Soni and Qinyu Tong. Glide enables applications to accept deposits from any token, wallet, exchange, or payment card without requiring users to manually convert assets. The acquisition, an all-equity transaction with undisclosed terms, integrates Glide's routing and settlement infrastructure into MoonPay Deposits. Glide processes over $100 million in annual volume across 100+ tokens and 30+ blockchain networks. The deal marks MoonPay's sixth acquisition in 2026, following purchases of Sodot, Decent, DFlow, Entendre, and Dawn Labs. Glide's four-person team, including founders, will join MoonPay. Existing Glide customers will see no disruption.
