Other approvals include N23.97 billion for road rehabilitation and construction, N4.94 billion for a motor park and grains market, N5.69 billion for external works at another motor park, N3.95 billion for a shopping mall and mini market, N2.25 billion for purchase of 208 housing units from the United States — United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, N1.18 billion for a ministry headquarters, N652.63 million for acquisition of Fanzar Mixed Farms Ltd, N460.83 million for beans distribution to female small-scale business owners, N364.48 million for grinding machines, and a PPP to convert the Nigeria — Yobe State Liaison Office in Kaduna into a hotel. The approvals reflect the administration's focus on infrastructure development, economic growth and improved welfare.
