The strong quarterly results and robust sales bookings signal continued demand for premium housing, supporting positive sentiment for Oberoi Realty's stock. However, the legal restraint on allotments introduces uncertainty that may temper near-term gains.
Oberoi Realty reported a 29% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 543.51 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Revenue from operations rose 31.7% to Rs 1,301 crore, and EBITDA increased 41% to Rs 734 crore with margin expansion to 56.4%. The company also announced sales bookings worth Rs 8,109 crore in the first phase of its luxury residential project in Gurugram and declared an interim dividend of Rs 2 per share. However, the India — Punjab and Haryana High Court restrained Oberoi Realty from making further allotments in the project pending a decision by the Unknown — Town and Country Planning Department on a complaint alleging FDI norm violations. The company acquired the land from IREO Group, which had previously involved Advance India Projects.
