The partnership enhances Vector's clinical evidence infrastructure, potentially accelerating adoption of VectorMist and improving its competitive position. For Caresyntax, it expands its real-world evidence services in the surgical domain.
Vector Science & Therapeutics Corporation and Caresyntax announced a strategic partnership on July 17, 2026, to build a real-world evidence (RWE) program for VectorMist, Vector's localized atomized drug delivery platform, and The LASSO Protocol. Caresyntax will design and operate a multi-phase RWE program across a network of partner surgical facilities, comparing postoperative outcomes (opioid utilization, length of stay, patient-reported pain) between standard of care and VectorMist procedures. The program includes baseline data collection, a comparative phase, and a prospective comparative registry. The parties also agreed to explore extending the evidence architecture to Vector's broader portfolio, including peptide therapeutics, subject to a separate agreement. The partnership positions VectorMist as a data-enabled surgical platform, aligning with value-based care requirements.
