ZTA Infrastructure established as flagship company

ZTA Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. has been established as the flagship infrastructure and construction company of ZTA Group, based in Meerut, India — Uttar Pradesh, India. The company aims to build an integrated engineering, construction, and infrastructure platform with capabilities spanning project development, construction management, engineering, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), and infrastructure execution. It plans to develop a strong organic project pipeline and institutional scale, with the long-term aspiration of becoming a publicly listed company. The group's execution capabilities are demonstrated by the successful revival of The Grande, Meerut, a stalled housing project of nearly 12 lakh sq. ft. with close to 600 homes, which received its Occupancy Certificate in December 2024 and was recognized by UP RERA as a notable revival example. Rhitik Jassar, Chairman and Managing Director, emphasized the company's commitment to delivering complex projects across healthcare, education, housing, and other critical sectors, and intends to strengthen the platform through strategic partnerships.
