Seabridge Gold Inc. has executed an unsecured, short-term loan agreement with a strategic investor for up to US$100 million. The loan is drawable in minimum calls of US$10 million, bears 7% interest compounded monthly, and matures on December 31, 2026. It can be repaid in cash or, under certain conditions and subject to TSX approval, in common shares. The company intends to use the funds to support summer work programs at its 100% owned KSM Project in British Columbia, including road building and data collection for feasibility studies. No amounts have been drawn yet.
