Stellantis announced the appointment of Matthew VanDyke as CEO of Ram brand, effective July 20, and Branden Cote as CEO of Stellantis — Jeep brand, effective August 3. The moves are part of CEO Antonio Filosa's strategy to accelerate growth. Both executives will report to Tim Kuniskis, head of American brands. VanDyke previously served as President of Shift Digital and held roles at Ford Motor Company. Coté previously served as Brand President at AutoNation and held leadership roles at Aston Martin, Canoo, and Mercedes-Benz Group/Mercedes-Benz Group — Mercedes-Benz USA. Bob Broderdorf, who led Stellantis — Jeep since February 2025, is taking medical leave and will assume a new role upon return.
