Franchise Equity Partners (FEP) acquired Bravo Fit, the The Fitness Planet franchisee in Australia, from existing shareholders including The Fitness Planet, which exited its minority ownership position. Bravo Fit operates 32 clubs and holds exclusive development rights for up to 100 clubs across multiple Australian states. The acquisition provides capital for expansion targeting over 135 clubs. FEP's first Australian investment follows its January 2026 acquisition of IMO Car Wash. Rob Coombe was appointed Chairman of Bravo Fit. Terms were not disclosed.
