Cardinal Health announced on July 20, 2026, that it has agreed to acquire AdaptHealth's Diabetes Health business and Strive Medical for a combined $360 million in cash. The acquisitions are intended to expand Cardinal Health's at-Home Solutions business, adding capabilities in diabetes management, urology, wound care, ostomy, and incontinence supplies. AdaptHealth's diabetes unit serves over 225,000 patients annually through a direct-to-patient mail-order model, while Strive Medical serves over 20,000 patients.
