Menarini Asia-Pacific announced an exclusive partnership with Pharmacosmos A/S to register, commercialise, and distribute Cosela (trilaciclib) across its Asia-Pacific markets. Cosela is a first-in-class prophylactic therapy FDA-approved to protect bone marrow from chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression in patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. Under the agreement, Menarini Asia-Pacific will manage registration, reimbursement, commercialisation, and distribution in Australia, China — Hong Kong/Macau, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. The first Asia-Pacific launch is anticipated in China — Hong Kong in 2028, subject to regulatory approvals. This partnership builds on a prior 2024 agreement between the two companies to commercialise Monofer.
