The exercise aims to strengthen INEC's institutional capacity in electoral administration, voter registration, data management, and election logistics. Vacancies are available in three categories: Professional Cadre (Grade Levels 09, 10, 12), Administrative Officer II (Grade Level 08), and Executive Officer (Grade Level 07). Applicants must meet specific educational and professional requirements, including relevant certifications from bodies such as the Canadian Medical Association, Nigeria — Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, Nigerian Society of Engineers, Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Association of National Accountants of Nigeria, and Computer Professionals of Nigeria. General requirements include being a Nigerian citizen, not older than 35, medically fit, of good character, and willing to serve anywhere in the country. INEC emphasized that the application is free and warned against submitting false information or forged documents.
