The class action lawsuit may negatively impact Lucid Motors's stock price due to potential liability and reputational damage. The allegations of undisclosed supplier issues could erode investor confidence in Lucid's operational transparency.
Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC, LLC, a nationally recognized investor-rights law firm, announced that a class action lawsuit has been filed against Lucid Motors, Inc. (NASDAQ: LCID) and certain of its officers. The lawsuit alleges violations of federal securities laws on behalf of investors who purchased Lucid securities between February 25, 2026 and April 13, 2026. The complaint claims that Lucid failed to disclose a supplier quality issue that significantly disrupted deliveries of the Lucid Gravity, which had a material negative impact on the company's business and financial results. As a result, defendants allegedly overstated enhancements to Lucid's manufacturing and delivery capabilities. Investors have until July 28, 2026 to request appointment as lead plaintiff.
