RTX Corporation — Collins Aerospace, an RTX business, and Etihad Airways announced a joint venture at the Farnborough International Airshow to provide nacelle and thrust reverser MRO services in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Collins will relocate its UAE nacelle operations to Etihad Engineering's facility near Zayed International Airport, doubling its Middle East MRO footprint. The 3,250-square-meter facility is expected to be operational in Q1 2027. The JV will serve Airbus A350 and Boeing 787 widebody fleets.
