Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS) announced the launch of WellEra Bangkok, an $865 million wellness-integrated development in Bangkok, Thailand. Scheduled to open in 2030, the project integrates preventive healthcare, luxury residences, hospitality, and lifestyle. BDMS partnered with Capella Hotel Group to introduce Thailand's first Capella Residences as the branded residential component. The development spans over 2 million square feet and aims for WELL Platinum, LEED Gold, and Fitwel 3-Star certifications. WellEra is based on BDMS's Scientific Wellness philosophy and the proprietary 6S+ Living Framework, designed to extend healthspan through a built environment that supports preventive healthcare.
