Mírová, an affiliate of Natixis — Natixis Investment Managers, has invested €150 million in Yanara, an Asia-Pacific renewable energy developer, to support the development of over 2 GW of renewable energy and storage projects in Australia. The investment will fund projects across Victoria, Australia — New South Wales, and Australia, with a significant portion directed to Yanara's flagship Mortlake Energy Hub in Victoria, a hybrid solar-plus-storage project combining 450 MW solar with 600 MW/2,400 MWh battery storage. The first phase is preparing for construction, expected to create over 300 jobs. This is Yanara's first dedicated capital raise in Australia and marks Mírová's entry into the Australian renewable energy market.
