The launch is a positive but minor development for Appian, showcasing its platform's use in government. It has negligible impact on broader markets.
Australia — Long Service Corporation (LSC), a Australia — New South Wales Government statutory body, launched a new digital application built on the Appian Platform to help community services workers across NSW access long service leave entitlements across multiple employers. Delivered in partnership with Deloitte, the solution supports approximately 250,000 workers and 2,400 employers. Since the April 2026 launch, over 5,800 service returns have been submitted by nearly 2,000 employers, with more than 180,000 workers nominated. LSC has received over $57 million in levy payments, projected to exceed $100 million by September 2026. The portal integrates NSW Government shared services and uses Appian Process HQ for monitoring.
