BusinessNext, an AI-led autonomous banking platform based in Noida, India, has raised $40 million in a Series C funding round from ServiceNow — ServiceNow Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of ServiceNow. The investment values BusinessNext at $700 million, a sharp increase from its previous valuation of around $150-181 million in 2021. ServiceNow acquired roughly a 5% stake in the company. The funding will be used to advance BusinessNext's autonomous banking platform, expand into Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, and strengthen its Private AI capabilities for financial institutions. BusinessNext serves over 120 financial institutions globally, including HDFC Bank, HDFC Bank — HDFC ERGO General Insurance, Axis Bank, and State Bank of India. The company reported revenue of ₹312 crore and net profit of ₹3.1 crore in FY25. The partnership with ServiceNow will integrate BusinessNext's AI platform with ServiceNow's AI Control Tower to help banks manage AI agents with governance and observability. BusinessNext competes with companies like Salesforce, Freshworks, Zoho, HubSpot, and LeadSquared.
