Ugbewanko joins Forbes HR Council

Michael Odafe Ugbewanko, lead consultant at Dmidaf Global Consult, has been accepted into the Forbes Human Resources Council, an invitation-only professional organization for senior HR executives and business leaders. The appointment recognizes his contributions to organizational effectiveness and leadership, and provides a platform to amplify African perspectives in global business conversations. Ugbewanko has over a decade of consulting experience, advising hundreds of CEOs across more than 1,000 businesses. He was named among the 10 Most Influential HR Leaders in Africa by Entrepreneur (magazine) in 2025 and is the author of 'HR Is Dead'. He also convenes the Operational Excellence Conclave and leads The Presidential Table.
