The acquisition is expected to strengthen Dassault Systèmes' position in the life sciences software market, potentially boosting its revenue and market share. For Nordic Capital, the exit likely generates a significant return on investment, while ArisGlobal gains access to Dassault Systèmes' global scale and resources for further growth.

Life Sciences Software Healthcare Technology Private Equity

Nordic Capital announced a definitive agreement to sell ArisGlobal, a life sciences software provider, to Dassault Systèmes. The transaction represents a full exit for Nordic Capital, which first invested in ArisGlobal in 2019 and made a further investment in 2021. Under Nordic Capital's ownership, ArisGlobal transformed into a cloud-native, AI-enabled platform serving over 200 life sciences companies, CROs, and government health authorities. ArisGlobal's flagship LifeSphere platform integrates regulatory, safety, and quality software, and its NavaX generative AI solution automates pharmacovigilance workflows. The company is expected to generate approximately USD 175 million in revenue in 2026. The acquisition combines ArisGlobal's AI-enabled safety and regulatory software with Dassault Systèmes' capabilities across research, clinical development, and manufacturing, creating an end-to-end offering for the life sciences value chain. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the second half of 2026. Evercore and Jefferies acted as financial advisors, and Kirkland & Ellis as legal advisor to ArisGlobal.
