The launch of Teladoc One positions Teladoc Health to capture a larger share of the virtual care market by offering a more integrated and accountable care model. This could improve customer retention and attract new clients, potentially boosting revenue and stock performance.
Teladoc Health (NYSE: TDOC) announced the launch of Teladoc One, a new virtual care model designed to deliver a single, predictive, and adaptive care experience built around each person. The model addresses fragmented care by using multidisciplinary care teams, AI support, and the Pulse intelligence engine to coordinate care across virtual and local settings. Teladoc One is the result of two years of technical rebuilding and will initially target populations with cardiometabolic health needs, launching with select clients in September 2026 and broader availability in January 2027. The company is placing 100% of its fees at risk, linking payment to clinical outcomes and cost savings. Teladoc Health also recently announced partnerships with the National Basketball Players Association, Walmart, and Instacart, and expanded its 24/7 Care service.
