The sixth annual AXA — AXA UK & Ireland Mind Health Report, conducted by AXA — AXA UK & Ireland in partnership with Ipsos, surveyed 19,000 individuals across 18 countries. The report highlights barriers to care, with 60% not seeing a mental health professional in the past year and 25% fearing stigma. It also reveals that 46% of Brits use AI tools for mental health support, though 27% reported harmful behaviors from AI recommendations. A separate OnePoll survey of 2,000 UK adults found that a third are worried about AI's impact on their careers, with 21% considering career changes.
