AGTech Holdings Limited (8279.HK) announced that its subsidiary TGX Technology Limited and Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society Limited (HKGX) have formed a joint venture company to develop a digital trading, clearing, and settlement platform for bullion trading. The joint venture deepens their strategic cooperation, following a technical service agreement signed on 26 January 2026.
