The disclosure highlights strong growth in OwlTing's digital currency payment platform, potentially boosting investor confidence and the company's stock. The expansion of regulated cross-border payment infrastructure and partnerships like Circle Payments Network could position OwlTing favorably in the growing digital currency payments market.
OwlTing Group (NASDAQ: OWLS), operating under OBOOK Holdings, disclosed its first comprehensive operating metrics for OwlPay Harbor, its digital currency-based cross-border enterprise payment platform. As of July 31, 2026, July payment volume increased 107.6% month-over-month, transaction count rose 109.5%, and enterprise clients grew to 79 from 67 in June. This marked the sixth consecutive monthly increase in payment volume since January 2026. More than 90% of payment value involved digital currencies converted to fiat and paid into destination bank accounts, with settlements reaching over 40 countries. Over 60% of cross-border payouts settled through the Circle Payments Network, which OwlTing joined in December 2025 as an Originating Financial Institution. Brazil and Nigeria are among the most active markets. The company also noted cumulative OwlPay processed volume surpassed US$600 million as of June 30, 2026. CEO Darren Hall emphasized the platform's role in enabling real-world business payments, such as freight invoices and supplier payments, in corridors where traditional banking is slow and expensive.
