The launch positions Genpact to capture a larger share of the financial crime compliance technology market, potentially boosting its revenue and stock price. For banks, the suite promises cost savings and efficiency gains, which may improve their operational margins.
Genpact (NYSE: G) announced the launch of Genpact Banking Analyst Suite, an enterprise solution applying agentic AI to regulated banking operations. The first module, Genpact Transaction Monitoring Analyst, is now generally available to help banks conduct routine anti-money laundering (AML) alert investigations faster and more consistently, with human oversight and full auditability. The solution is built on Genpact's experience running financial crime operations for leading institutions. Expected outcomes include up to 80% lower handling time and up to 40% lower total cost of ownership. AMP Limited is among the first to deploy the module. Genpact plans to extend the suite to other regulated banking workflows.
